People say I have a gift for helping ideas take root and grow fast.
(I say it’s part divine design, part growing up on golf carts with my entrepreneurial dad—who instilled in me a love for business…and a firm decision to leave golf to the pros.)
I come from a family of builders. My dad helped start The Weather Channel and MAVTV. My brother is the CEO of Turquoise Health. You could say innovation runs in my blood.
But God gave me my own gifts:
A brain wired for ideas and strategy
And a wild curiosity about how to build things better
Before I was a Digital Business Strategist, I wore a lot of hats:
Cart girl. Art teacher. Interior designer. Real estate agent. Nanny. YouTuber. I even held the title Director of First Impressions. (Yes, that was my actual job title at a real estate firm.)
Each role gave me another tool in my toolkit that helps me do what I was really meant to do:
come alongside Christian CEOs and help them bring their big, beautiful visions to life.
So I did what I do best. I built a brand around helping you build yours—with systems, strategy, and spirit-led support.

I didn’t give my life to Christ until I was 24 years old.
MY FAITH JOURNEY
Maybe you can relate. I wasn’t a Christian until my mid-20s—and for most of my early life, I was riding high on ambition and self-sufficiency, feeling pretty invincible if I’m honest.
But all of that changed when I sat at the bedside of a family friend who was nearing the end of her battle with cancer.
She was a believer.
And she had this unshakable peace that didn’t make sense until it did.
I’ll never forget what she said to me in one of our last conversations: “Kaley, you need Jesus.”
It hit me like a ton of bricks. And for the first time, I drove home and talked to God. Awkwardly, imperfectly, but honestly.
That encounter changed my life.
And I consider it a joy to serve other faith-driven leaders as they follow where God’s calling them next.
Because this isn’t just work for me.
It’s impact.
It’s worship.
It’s calling.
I started going to church. I joined a women’s group. I slowly started reordering my life around the things that mattered most.
And now, over a decade later, I’m raising three beautiful babies with my husband (who works in ministry!)—grateful for a faith that grounds our family and a God who guides every part of my business.
